Before working with Mandy, I would use all sorts of methods to lose wait quickly, diet tablets, skinny jabs you name it I have tried it, which has meant my weight has constantly fluctuated all of my life. Last year when I began working with Mandy, I was probably the heaviest I have ever been, low in energy and confidence. Working with Mandy the past 6 months has changed how I approach health and fitness forever. I have made more progress with Mandy in 6 months than I have in 20 years.

I am 41 and in the best shape I have ever been in, and I can honestly say I have enjoyed every minute of it, even on my bad days when I haven't wanted to work out Mandy has such a way of motivating you, you feel like a different person by the time you have finished your workout.  Mandy is so knowledgeable, patient and motivating. Mandy completely understood my personal circumstances and designed my plan to cater for it. I am shocked when I look back at these pictures, I can’t believe that I used to weigh 16 stone and I have now got to my goal weight of 11 stone 4 pounds, I have also lost 77 inches from my body, I feel so much better and have gained so much confidence now that my clothes fit better, I was hoping to get to this goal for my birthday and I have done it, I used to have no energy and felt my weight really effected my mental health,

I am in such a happier and healthier place right now, it has been hard work however Amanda has been great supporting me reaching my goal, our weekly sessions have have made me realise I can do anything I put my mind to, our cooking sessions have helped me understand my relationship with food, my new goal is to maintain my weight and continue to enjoy my health and fitness journey xx

Zumba has changed my entire idea of exercising, i use to start exercising and then in few month's quite but now i have been doing zumba with Mandy from 3 years and instead of thinking of quitting im getting more and more motivated i have started doing strong by zumba as well and combination of these both exercises 3 times a week has really start showing impressive results...wot more do you want when exercise becomes fun instead of hardwork.xxx

It was not an instant result, the changes were not visible until around 10 weeks in which at the time felt disappointing, I confided this with Mandy who was so positive the results would come made me more
determined to achieve them to work hard and stay on track, and I'm so glad | did as she was right in her forecast.

I would highly recommend Mandy's PT sessions, she is
flexible, reliable and so welcoming. An absolute deligh
to train with and is clear she absolutely loves her job
helping people gain their goals

I write to give my support for the most special person, not just in Bury, but nationally. I am sure there is not another individual who is a busier, proactive, caring person whose raison d'etre is 10 ensure everyone is happy and healthy as possible. ‘That special person is Mandy Labriani Mandy goes way beyond that "extra mile" by putting everyone first.
Since Lockdown in March, Mandy has taken all her classes and put them into M L Fitness, her on-line club which has been a complete life and sanity-saver for me.
As if that undertaking was not enough of a fantastic achievement, Mandy has also organised various charity events via Zoom.
Finally, | would just like to say that no matter how down we are in these horrendous times, logging onto ML Fitness and joining Mandy we are immediately lifted out of the doldrums and are warmed and
inspired by Mandy's amazingly warm, happy, friendly disposition.
In short, Mandy Labrianidis is totally Amazing
